Solstice Folk Concert with Marc Audet Singer/Songwriter

Summer Solstice is approaching and I will once again be celebrating the longest "day" of the year and the official start of summer with a folk music concert at a beautiful log cabin venue on the shore of the Ottawa River near Deep River ... at Anupaya Cabin Co., 1696 Moores Road, Deep River (Pt. Alexander).
All proceeds from the event will go to an organization that I am a part of, the Friends of Dumoine and the newly created Dumoine Trail. Celebrating the start of summer with story and song will be fabulous. This is an open event in that we are not selling tickets and entry is by donation and "first come, first served". The charming log cabin concert hall seats 60 or so. Arrive around 6:30 pm and the evening of entertainment starts at 7 pm. We will set out snacks and soft drinks along with friendship and community. We'll start off with a few words about the Friends of Dumoine organization and the Dumoine Trail, then we'll be into stories and folk music befitting of a celebration of Summer Solstice. With my two favorite things coming together, music and wilderness, it will be a FABULOUS evening. Your support to Friends of Dumoine is greatly appreciated!! Come if you can.
